Belarus puts forward security initiatives at CSTO meeting
Aleksandr Volfovich, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, presented Belarusian initiatives to strengthen collective security at a meeting of the CSTO Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils in Moscow on 26 May.
